Kenya Airways Increases Lagos Flights to Six Weekly

Kenya Airways has increased its flight frequency on the Lagos -Nairobi route to six weekly services, a move aimed at improving connectivity between Nigeria and East Africa while meeting growing passenger demand.

The airline said the additional frequency forms part of its broader network expansion strategy to provide passengers with greater travel flexibility, shorter connection times, and improved access to destinations across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia through its Nairobi hub.

Speaking on the development, Regional Manager for East and West Africa at Kenya Airways, Ndegwa Muhoro, said the increase in flights underscores the airline’s commitment to the Nigerian market and reflects the growing demand for air travel between Lagos and Nairobi.

Muhoro noted that the expanded schedule would strengthen business and tourism links between Nigeria and Kenya while offering passengers more convenient travel options and seamless onward connections through Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
