The Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) branch of the Air Transport Services Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (ATSSSAN) has called on the agency’s management to expedite the approval and implementation of its new Conditions of Service (CoS) to enhance staff welfare and maintain industrial harmony.

The union also pledged to collaborate with NAMA management to address operational challenges, including inadequate funding, while continuing to advocate for improved welfare packages and better working conditions for employees.

The newly elected branch chairman, Ekip Eso, made the call over the weekend during the inauguration of the branch’s new executive at the NAMA headquarters annex in Lagos.

Eso emphasized that the implementation of the new CoS remains a top priority for the union. He noted that a timely approval would bolster workers’ morale, drive productivity, and foster a more harmonious relationship between labor and management.
