Staff of the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) have praised the Authority’s management for extending a vital Public Relations training program to its regional offices, hailing the initiative as a significant morale and productivity booster.

The workshop, themed *‘Character and Relationship for Maximum Productivity,’* was recently conducted for contact staff in the Port Harcourt, Kaduna, and Kano regional offices. This expansion follows successful sessions held earlier for personnel at the NCAA Headquarters in Abuja and the Lagos office.

The program, conceptualized and facilitated by Mr. Sam Adurogboye, Managing Director of SAPTCO Public Relations, is part of the current management’s commitment to comprehensive capacity building. The move aims to strengthen the Authority’s frontline engagement and overall service delivery.

Participants reported that the interactive sessions, which utilized PowerPoint and group discussions for easy comprehension, were highly enriching. Key training modules focused on the critical role of contact staff as the NCAA’s public interface, professional etiquette, proper reception of visitors, and a deeper understanding of the Authority’s mission, vision, and key activities.
