ValueJet Airlines Emphasises Personnel Training

ValueJet Airlines has reiterated its commitment to investing in personnel training as a key strategy for improving safety, reliability, and service delivery across its operations.

The airline’s Managing Director and Accountable Officer, Captain Omololu Majekodunmi, stated that continuous investment in staff development remains central to achieving operational excellence and delivering a seamless travel experience.

He explained that the airline is implementing various initiatives focused on enhancing comfort, affordability, reliability, and overall service quality across its growing domestic and regional network.

Majekodunmi made the remarks while reflecting on the airline’s recognition as the Most Passenger-Friendly Domestic Airline at the 15th edition of the Nigeria Aviation Awards (NIGAV), describing the honour as validation of ValueJet’s customer-focused approach.
